Job Overview: The Senior Client Success Manager will oversee client success and revenue cycle operations across multiple client accounts, ensuring effective execution and high satisfaction. Reporting to the Executive Director of Revenue Cycle, this role is integral to driving operational success, fostering strong client relationships, and supporting business growth by engaging with potential clients during the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Operations Management:
- Lead and manage revenue cycle operations for diverse clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Implement and maintain best practices to optimize revenue cycle performance, addressing client-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Client Success and Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain robust, long-term relationships with client stakeholders and senior leadership, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Understand and anticipate client needs, tailoring strategies to achieve and exceed client goals.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and senior leadership to formulate strategic plans that align with company and client objectives.
- Drive the implementation of these plans, ensuring timely achievement of desired outcomes.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Deliver regular, comprehensive updates on performance and strategic insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Sales Support and Business Development:
- Engage potential clients in the sales process by showcasing the firm’s capabilities and strategic solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align on client needs and demonstrate our value proposition effectively.
- Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze revenue cycle data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement initiatives to enhance revenue cycle outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare administration, with demonstrated success in a leadership role.
- Extensive understanding of healthcare systems and revenue cycle processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements effectively and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making and process improvement.
